Recut and reintroduced after an eleven year hiatus, Straight Jeans are a distillation of what a pair of Tender jeans should be. There is no yoke and no shaping in the side seams- the outside seam is a straight selvage line all the way up to the waistband. The pockets are all simple patches sewn on to the outsides.

A fundamental aspect of Tender’s approach to garment and fabric design is that each piece should shape to its owner and become more special with wear. Straight jeans are the ultimate expression of this as they have no shaping at all through pattern cutting, rather the entire shape comes from the wearer, over time.
