A weaver’s blanket is a short test run of fabric, used to experiment with different techniques before committing to a full warp length. Tender’s weaver’s blanket stripe alternates stripes of left hand, right hand, and broken twills with sections of plain weave fabric.

This version is woven in England on a solid warp of Japanese rope dyed indigo cotton yarn with an undyed cotton weft.
